Cape Town

Cape Town known as the 'mother city' is South Africa's oldest city .  Set against the backdrop of Table Mountain it offers an enormous range of sightseeing, adventure activities, exciting nightlife, excellent restaurants, wonderful scenery, beautiful sandy beaches, picturesque vineyards and not forgetting superb hotels. Coupled with a wonderful year round climate and a vibrant atmosphere this city is the perfect holiday destination.

No visit to Cape Town is complete without  a journey up Table Mountain to experience the phenomenal views. A trip to Robben Island, where former president Nelson Mandela was imprisoned for 27 years is a fascinating experience.

At the heart of Cape Town is the Victoria and Alfred Waterfront, which is a must for every visitor. There are shops, restaurants, bars, cafes, markets, crafts, an IMAX cinema, the Two Oceans Aquarium, hotels, the Maritime Museum, boat cruises and a tourist information office.

For beach lovers, the Atlantic coast has some superb scenery and is home to the trendiest beaches on the Cape.  From Camps Bay and Clifton to Noordhoek.  All the beaches are within easy access of the city centre.
