All cabins are twin or single bedded and feature storage space and a hand basin with running water. Bedding, towels and basic toiletries are provided and a laundry service is available. Shared shower and toilet facilities are located in each accommodation carriage.

Passengers on the Southern Cross tour do have the option to upgrade their cabins to Gold Class

Gold Class features twin bedded cabins with private facilities including a shower.

Emerald Class features twin or double bedded cabins with air conditioning and private facilities including shower. Emerald Class guests also have access to a lounge and recieve sparkling wine and mineral water on arrival.

 
Onboard
 
Breakfast and dinner are included and are served in the dining car. The cuisine onboard represents the traditional flavours of Africa and includes Cape Dutch and Malay influences. Dinner is complemented by a superb selection of South African wines.
