Winelands

The Winelands offer breathtaking scenery, historic homesteads on wine estates, superb restaurants and of course, a wide range of fabulous wines. In between tasting wine, explore the historic town of Stellenbosch with its oak-lined avenues and national monuments.

In Franschoek, the Huguenot Monument honours the French settlers of 1668  and the wine town of Paarl  boasts the Afrikaans language Monument, with its striking designs and stunning vistas. Visit the Cape Winelands for a day or spend a few nights relaxing and enjoying the superb food and wine.

Montagu is a charming village full of national monuments and is home to the warm bubbling mineral springs, a lovely place to relax for the day.
